Sunburns as the name suggests are burns that occur because of exposure to sunlight. There are some cases where it may be severe while other times it may not be serious. When it is severe, it is very painful and the skin becomes very red due to such burns. One has to stay indoors in order to recover before they can go out and if they go out, they have to wear a hat. To avoid this condition one should ensure that they stay away from too much sunlight.

Every person has a specific skin color. Various things like sun rays may affect the skin color. It is therefore important for one to have SPF protection when sunbathing however, when a person is self skin tanning in the sun they are required not to have any sunscreen. The effect of sun rays leads to skin discoloration.

One can find different people who have sensitive skin. The doctors advises such people not to expose themselves to too much to the sun due to the various problems it may cause. Self skin tanning while exposing someone to the sun can lead to one having serious blisters. Severe blisters can cause great problems to a person and an individual may only get well after a long time.

The desire for people to have beautiful brown skin has led them to turn to sun self tanning. Although one wants to be beautiful, they also have to evaluate it at what cost and make an informed decision. Self skin tanning can make the skin look good but one also has to be ready to face the consequences.
