The Significance Of Hunting For Preserving The Environment

By George Dodson

Every one of us don?t know about the benefit of hunting. You can balance the ecosystem through hunting. We should know about the best uses of hunting to protect our world.

For survival; every organism is compelled to consume other organism. Between every two organism one is bound to be prey and another is predator. As an example, we can say that a rabbit eats plant for its survival, the hawk eats the rabbit; again, when the dead hawk is decomposed by soil micro fauna plant takes nutrient from them.

The population of wildlife is seen to be going out of balance now in many states. In search of food deer come to our yard and sometimes come in front of vehicles on the road. Geese pollute our water supply and living area. For plenty of bears, the human and beast community goes unsafe day by day. For controlling this, town resorts call the professional hunters to hunt the surplus deer, bears and geese. The geese are easy to hunt at their molting period.

According to the biologist and wildlife specialist every organism should have a favorable number of the population in an ecosystem. The bag limits on over populated organisms also determined by them. You have to hunt only the surplus animals those are destructive for human.

These animals also provides some extra food. The hunter can use this hunted animal as an alternative of other slaughtered animals for meat purpose.

It is an important fact that hunter satisfies about 75% income of wildlife related agencies or organizations. The authority takes this money from the hunters by different ways like giving of licenses, agreements, wildlife stamps, etc. Tax on special hunting products is also a good source of income. With a view to preserve the wildlife the hunters donate privately because, most of them are associated with various preservation agencies.

The purpose, efficiency and good aspect of hunting for maintaining the ecosystem is well established now. It is helpful in minimizing the over population of animals and at that time a man can get relief from it.
