You've got to want it more than you are afraid of it not happening.
Every day, we have occasions to grow, change, and rise to the challenge in life. What may look like another day is basically a chance to do something wonderful. True, almost all of the days we have may start as ordinary, but our plans that we have for ourselves, if implemented, can really turn something lackluster into something, well, incredible. It takes effort. Lots and lots of effort. Everything in the world will be pushing you to just stay the same. Because that's where the majority of us are. We reside in the middle. Not in the sense of classes etc, but in the sense of what we do with ourselves. When we start adventuring towards the edge, that is when things become exciting. Nevertheless at the exact same time, that's when the doubt of the future becomes bigger and larger. You have to decide for yourself if you are OK living in a land of doubt and yet be committed to total belief in what you're actually doing. Trust me, it's difficult.
Call it the universe, call it God, call it whatever it is you want to call it, but the fact still is the same. You are here for a reason and you have talents that need to be drilled into abilities. What ends up occuring though is that we worry too much about what others think and we begin to worry that what we are doing isn't going to occur because of one reason or another.
Much of the time, the best ideas ideas die with the people who they live in. Lots of people take their dreams to the grave and never see them through because they are just too afraid. Fear is the main killer of dreams. This may be dread of failing, fear of views, fear of ridicule...nevertheless, fear drives one to shrink in the opportunity they have.
It really would be foolish for me to say to not be afraid. Any individual that honestly says that they are not ever afraid should possibly see a doctor. It is what you do after being terrified that counts. Here's where courage comes in. Real courage is that mad 20 seconds after being deathly afraid where the true magic occurs. It's fine to be scared, but like I have said before, you have got to desire it more than you are afraid of it. You have to decide that it's what you need and then be white-hot and dedicated to it. Without that call to rise to the challenge, you will flounder forwards and backwards for perpetuity. Decide.
Be driven by everything and everybody saying...no. Make that your fuel. Be careful not to let it bring you down. Let it inspire you to keep going. The people who make the largest difference in this world are the people who don't let the external world effect their souls belief in their dreams. Shield your dreams with dragons, guards, and trolls. Do whatever you can to keep them safe and harbor that belief. You'd be surprised how easy it is to let a voice or an opinion dig its way into your heart and then slowly burn everything inside. Only let people and words that continue your infectious belief in your purpose enter into your heart.
